Founded in 2002, the Burlington Youth Lacrosse Association (BYLA) is a volunteer-led 501(c)(3) nonprofit offering recreational, developmental, and travel lacrosse plus clinics to youth residents of Burlington, MA in grades K-8. Its spring Classic League teams (boys L1/2-L7/8, girls U9-U15) play in the Mass Youth Lacrosse league with no tryouts or cuts; it also runs Learn to Play clinics with Scoops Lacrosse (ages 3-8, no equipment needed), Fall Ball, and Girls Select (Redhawks: Burlington/Billerica) teams. Hundreds of Burlington youth take part each year.
2026 Fall Ball registration was announced open on 9/2/2026 (Fall Ball for grades 1-6, Sundays 9/20-10/18; Fall Learn-to-Play clinics Saturdays 9/19-10/24). Per the official FAQ, spring travel fees increase after 1/31. No fixed annual open/close calendar published.
