Dalcroze music classes for babies and toddlers, plus summer music festivals
A music class for infants and toddlers ages 0–4 and their caregivers, building body awareness, motor skills, emotional regulation, and social skills through movement-based musical activities. Led by a board-certified music therapist, classes are full of dancing, fun props, and catchy tunes.
A small-group classical guitar class for young beginners ages 4–7, covering string names, finger positions, and hand coordination while building general music skills and preparing students for future lessons or ensembles. A performance is held at the end of the session.
A high-energy class for ages 7–12 who love to sing, act, dance, and use their imagination. Students build confidence and performance skills through improv, storytelling, movement, and songs from Broadway and movie musicals. The semester ends with a recital for family and friends.
A four-week, full-day summer program where children explore a wide range of musical genres and instruments, led by world-class faculty and counselors from the Youth Employment Program. Each week follows a musical pathway: Musical Explorers, Community Musicians, Citizen Musician, and Performing Musician. Older students can join the Counselor-in-Training (CIT) program.
